Return Eligibility
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
Return Process:

- Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
- Pack the item securely, include a copy of the original invoice, and ship it to the provided address.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchange Eligibility
- We are happy to offer exchanges for items of the same value or in cases of size exchanges.

Shipping Restrictions:
- We currently only ship to Pakistan, but we are expanding our reach to USA, Canada and Europe in the near future.
