Shipping, Exchange & Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Little Pastels. Please read our return & exchange policy below:

Return Eligibility

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer support at wecare@littlepastels.com to request a return authorization.
2. Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.
3. Pack the item securely, include a copy of the original invoice, and ship it to the provided address.

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchange Eligibility

• We are happy to offer exchanges for items of the same value or in cases of size exchanges.
• Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently only ship to Pakistan, but we are expanding our reach to USA, Canada and Europe in the near future.
